Why We Built Hedesu

By HEDESU

Every growing team hits the same wall. Ours hit it at 50+ people, when every department suddenly had a long list of things to fix and nowhere good to put them.

Operations had bugs. Customer support had bugs. Finance had bugs.

Requests went into a black hole

We ran everything through Telegram, our company communication tool. A request would land in a channel, and the tech team picked up the ones they deemed "worthy." If a request made the cut, it was logged in GitHub and waited for a developer.

Everything else went into a black hole. Other departments couldn't tell whether anyone had seen their request, whether it was being worked on, or whether it had been forgotten. Every team was on its own private island, waiting for a rescue boat that might never come.

The real problem was the influx of messages

It was the messages. A support request buried under a hundred chat messages. A client ask nobody owned. A sales lead that went cold because the conversation lived in one place and the task in another.

Important things kept slipping through the cracks, and the tools we had weren't built to catch them.

We had an itch to fix this broken process, and out of that frustration (and a lot of caffeine) came Hedesu, a conversation and project management tool in one place.

Contacts, conversations, and the work tied to them live together, so every message becomes something we can see, assign, and close. Hedesu connects WhatsApp, Telegram, email and other channels, and links to GitHub, so customer-facing and technical teams work from the same page, from first message to resolution.

We use it ourselves, every day

We know this problem well because we live with it. Our own team runs on Hedesu daily: real requests, real conversations, real deadlines. When something is clunky or missing, we feel it first, and we fix it.

That matters to us. Software built in a vacuum tends to solve problems that look good on a roadmap. We would rather build from real feedback, shaped by how teams actually work, and keep testing it ourselves.

Hedesu is still early, but we believe it can help a lot of businesses. If your team has ever lost an important request in the chat, we built this for you.
