Work With HEDESU Tickets Using AI

You can use a connected AI assistant to search and read HEDESU tickets, create new tickets, add Internal Replies, update ticket statuses, and create linked GitHub issues.

Provide the ticket link or reference and describe what you want changed. Your assistant can only access records and perform actions allowed by your HEDESU account.

Catch up on a ticket

A long discussion can contain several decisions, follow-ups and unanswered questions. Ask your assistant to bring those together.

Find the ticket about the customer’s failed payment in the Support space. Read the discussion and summarize the issue, what we have tried, and what still needs an answer. Include the ticket link.

Your assistant can gather the available context and prepare a summary. Ask it to distinguish confirmed facts from suggestions so your next decision is based on the evidence.

Turn notes into a clear ticket

Meeting notes, investigation findings and rough ideas can become a structured request.

Turn these notes into a HEDESU ticket in the Operations space. Suggest a clear title, organize the description, and check the available statuses and priorities. Show me the proposed ticket before creating it.

When you’re satisfied:

Create the ticket using those details and give me its link.

Your assistant can use supported fields such as priority, project, labels, due date and either assignees or a team, subject to your permissions.

Prepare a useful handover

Give the next person enough context to continue without rereading everything.

Read this ticket and prepare a handover covering the issue, confirmed findings, open questions and recommended next steps. Keep it concise and link to the ticket.

You can review the summary in your AI conversation or ask the assistant to save it as an Internal Reply.

Add an Internal Reply

An Internal Reply is a message in the ticket’s Internal Reply thread. It is visible to staff and is not sent to the customer.

Add this Internal Reply to the ticket: “We reproduced the issue with exported reports. Next, we’ll compare the export settings with the working account.”

Internal Replies may notify colleagues according to HEDESU’s notification settings.

If you want to review the wording first:

Draft an Internal Reply summarizing our findings. Show it to me before posting.

Update a ticket’s status

Ask your assistant to change a ticket to one of the statuses available in its project or space.

Show the available statuses for this ticket.

Then specify the status:

Change this ticket to Pending Review.

You can also ask to close or reopen a ticket:

Close this ticket.

Reopen this ticket and show me its new status.

Status names vary between projects. If your request could refer to more than one status, your assistant may ask which one you mean. Closing and reopening are different actions from moving a ticket to a review status.

Your account must have the required ticket access and permission for the requested change.

Create a GitHub issue from a ticket

Your assistant can create a linked GitHub issue using a repository configured for the ticket’s space.

Show the GitHub repositories available for this ticket.

Then choose the repository:

Create a GitHub issue from this ticket in the selected repository. Add this remark: “Please include the export settings in the investigation.” Give me the issue link.

The issue uses the ticket’s title, description, labels, and other relevant ticket details. Ticket attachments are not included.

You need permission to create GitHub issues. The ticket must be open and must not already have a linked external issue.

If the result is uncertain, ask an administrator to check the attempt before trying to create another issue.

Build a workflow around the task

A helpful AI workflow can combine several steps:

Find the ticket → Read the discussion → Consult the KB → Propose the next step → Record the agreed update

For example:

Review this ticket and search the knowledge base for relevant guidance. Explain what applies and what remains uncertain. Draft an Internal Reply, but wait for my approval before posting it.

What’s supported today?

Your assistant can:

  • Search and read tickets and their discussions.
  • Create tickets with supported fields.
  • Add text-only Internal Replies.
  • Update ticket statuses, including closing and reopening.
  • Create a linked GitHub issue in a configured repository.

Use HEDESU directly to send customer-facing replies, add ticket or reply attachments, or change an existing ticket’s title, description, assignments, or priority.

For clearer requests, include the ticket link or reference and say whether you want a draft or a saved change.
