Create and Maintain Your HEDESU Knowledge Base with AI

Turn useful answers into documentation your team can find and reuse.

Your tickets and conversations contain valuable knowledge. HEDESU MCP helps your AI assistant bring that knowledge into your documentation workflow—from researching existing guidance to creating a draft and updating an article.

Find what’s already documented

Before writing something new, check whether the answer already exists.

Search the knowledge base for account-access guidance. Summarize the relevant articles, include their links, and identify any gaps related to this question.

Your assistant can read accessible articles and their version history, helping you decide whether to create a new guide or improve an existing one.

Turn a resolved issue into a draft

A good support answer can become a useful article for the next person with the same problem.

Read this resolved ticket and draft a troubleshooting article from the confirmed solution. Remove customer-specific information, explain the steps clearly, and flag anything that needs verification. Show me the draft first.

After reviewing it:

Save this as an internal draft in the appropriate knowledge base category.

New MCP articles default to Draft and Internal, giving you a starting point for review.

Refresh an existing article

Keep instructions aligned with how your product works today.

Read the current setup article and compare it with these updated steps. Propose a clearer version, preserve still-relevant guidance, and summarize what would change.

Once the changes are ready:

Update the article with the reviewed version.

HEDESU checks whether the article has changed since the assistant read it. If someone else has edited it, the assistant needs to reread and reconcile the latest version before saving.

Publish with a clear instruction

Draft status and visibility serve different purposes:

  • Draft means the article is still being prepared.
  • Published means it is published according to its visibility.
  • Internal limits it to the staff audience permitted by HEDESU.
  • Public makes published content available through the public knowledge base.

When you’re ready for customers to read an article, be explicit:

Publish the reviewed article with Public visibility.

For staff guidance:

Publish this article for Internal use only.

Before publication, review factual accuracy, links, sensitive information and the intended audience.

Add images and organize content

An assistant with file-upload capability can upload a supported image and insert it into an article. If your client cannot upload files, continue with a text-only draft and add images in HEDESU.

Your assistant can also create, rename and reorder categories, or archive outdated articles. Before deleting a category, ask it to preview the affected content.

Try a complete knowledge workflow

Research → Draft → Review → Save → Publish

Review this ticket and the related knowledge base articles. Decide whether the solution belongs in an existing article or a new one. Prepare a draft, explain your recommendation, and wait for my approval before saving or publishing.

This gives your assistant a clear outcome while keeping review points where they matter.
